Any roster changes can be made on the original roster through 06/4/2021, please contact your league rep.
Roster Revision Form
Form must be signed by league rep and team manager is responsible for getting the form to the state by 06/30/2021
State Pickup Player Form
Forms must be signed by pickup player's league rep, not the team's league rep. Teams must bring signed pickup form and turn in to tournament director upon check-in.

Rainout
Rain out decisions are made by the Umpire in Chief. Decisions will be posted on our West Fargo Softball Association Facebook page and will be sent via text message. Please sign up for text alerts here.
League Specific Rules/Information
Sponsor Fee: $300.00 & Team Fee: $700.00. Players must be on the roster, no pickup players allowed.
Home Runs: Men = 5, Woman's Monday = 3, Women Wednesday & Thursday =2
NO METAL SPIKES
Each team may substitute one courtesy runner per inning. If that runner is on base and his/her bat is due, that will result in an out.
Teams can bat everyone. If a team looses a player during the game it is not an out unless they do not have 8 players, which would result in a forefeit. Teams can start with 8 players, they do not have to take an out at bat and additional players can enter the game at anytime.
Run Rules: 15 after 3, 12 after 4, 10 after 5
Face masks are available to be checked out at the umpire shack, for both players and umpires. Please sign out the mask, and disinfect them upon return.

Manager meeting Wednesday April 28th at the West Fargo VFW - the north room will be set up for us with Covid-compliant regulated seating. The VFW has asked that we follow the social distancing guidelines and refrain from getting up and walking around. Please be respectful.
